Scoring bug...more runs score after winning run

I'm sure this has been posted before...just in case it isn't known...

Bottom of the 10th...runners on first and third...tie score...batter doubles off the wall, both runners score...game is scored 6 to 4...it should have been scored a single and the game score should have been 5-4.

I once had 2 runs scored on me from a solo homerun.
