Little Help with Cato

Can someone please give me a link to a place where there may be instructions to using Cato? I have the read me, but when I go to File-->New, I get the message: "File not found".

I don't know where there are better directions. File | New should just pop up a normal windows File Dialog so you can enter the name of your MDB file.

I got it to work. I'm just learning about this, but i guess I really don't do anything until the season is over. So, I only use Cato after every season, but nothing after every sim (sorry, I'm so dumb about it, but I guess we all have to learn)
