Halofan finance/CBL ratings combo?

I heard that there was one going around. Is this true?

hmm im not sure where you heard this, but myself and about 5-6 others are in the process of making a roster set based on the historical end of things. Now if someone took my set and CBL's and combined them i dont know but i had nothing to do with it
