Orlando Logo

I am starting another fictional league consisting of eight teams, four per league, and set in Florida and the Bahamas. For want of a better name it is called, Florida & Bahamas Baseball League (FBBL). If anyone can think of a better name please post it up

I still do not have a team name for Orlando but the general idea is it is owned by Disney (hence the ears) so what nickname could I give them that would be acceptable to Disney? And when I say, acceptable to "Disney" I do not mean Walt Disney, I don't need the Orlando Reich marching around the league

Any comments/crits welcome

I'm thinking they'd come up with something typical like the Orlando Mickey's or something like that. I'd also bet they'd use Lake Buena Vista rather than Orlando as well.

That is a great logo design...Orlando with the ears...great colors, too.

I vote for Orlando Mouseketeers.

I thought, "Mouseketeers...no problem", not a bit of it! Probably the toughest logo I have attempted and right now I am not 100% happy with what I have come up with. I have one more idea for this logo but if that doesn't work out I'll just pick the most popular on here.

Same rules apply, comments/crits/suggestions welcome, ta very much

go with 3, but cut the name off. I think the O with the saber and tale is good without the name.

BTW: Do you mind if I use that logo for my league?

Now this is more what I had in my mind's eye! I need to change the colouring of the letters so they show up better "in-game", but other than that I'm just pleased I did what I wanted. Now I can forget about it for a while and do the rest of the league' logos.

Do you think they look too much like...I don't know...beachtowels

I went for the three musketeers look (didn't Disney actually do a version of this too? Nice tie-in!) and looking at it now it looks more like a design used for a promotional poster or something to promote the new team rather than an alternate logo.

#6 looks fine...you do very nice work...maybe make the swords larger so they will show up better on the game screens.

I just prefer traditional logos like #5 copy...with name of city and nickname...I would use the sword theme on it instead of the fireworks. I don't if it is hard to do or if it even will look good...place Orlando and Musketeers inside a baseball diamond made with swords.

You aren't going to use Mouseketeers as an excuse to put Britney Spears in your logo?

(I'm sure there's other famous MMC alumni, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.)
