Another Bandwidth Question

Ok my first day on the OOTP Server and i've used 36.59mb of the alloted 1GB.
Now i don't have the league file on that server and i uploaded the html files using the zip and unzip technique. I used 27MB in the HTTP section, now i don't have the file or the message board on this server, any reason why it was so high? Or is 36.59mb a day low?
