Windows shutting it down when I go to play a game.

Whenever I go to play a game, after I go too throw the first pitch I get the windows error "OOTP6.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close, were sorry for the inconvinience, any data you have not saved may be lost"

EDIT: It is not doing it when I try and go too "schedule" from the mian menu.

Do you have in game sound enabled?

No. ITs disabled. I can no longer reach the manager mode screen either however.
