Pitcher replaced after injury not warmed up?

I can't tell if this is true or not so one of the devs would have to check. My reliever was injured, I had another warming in the bullpen. This replacement pitcher should enter the game fully warm because he's supposed to get all the time he wants to warm up. Is this happening? He got shelled but I don't know if that's because he wasn't ready.

If a pitcher gets injured the replacement is automatically warmed up, the computer assumes the lapse of time allowed for this since it would happen in real life.

Ahhhh A different forum answered my question....

But,

for the next patch can you change the bull pen/warm-up toggle.

A bit of a pain to toggle every game.
It should have been in league set up or something ESPECIALLY with this logic programed in.

Here I was hoping to be a greedy bum and shell a cold pitcher after injury...
Twice the other team's starter got hurt and twice I forgot to click of warming
