Vanishing rookies

When you import a player on the free agents page using the Lahman database or Ankit database, when it asks if you want to import the player as a rookie, where does the game send him if you say "yes"?

It doesn't put him in free agents as it does when you say "no".

I could not find the imported player anywhere in the game.

Does it matter if you import a player as a rookie or a veteran?

Other than being eligible for rookie of the year?

I don't know this for sure. But, if you import him as a rookie, won't he be included in the rookie draft?

I think you may be right.

That thought occurred to me.

I just thought someone on the forum would know for sure.
