hidden ratings

Where can I find more information on hidden ratings for players? Is there any utility to sneak a peek at them?

Most of all, i'd like to find out what are the factors (and their weights) involved in events.

eg

What do coaches do? How much?
Do types of pitches matter?
how much do the previous' year's stats affect this years?
does the lineup matter? (in that a strong batter behind one another will protect against walks, etc)
and so forth

If you will use the "search" feature of the board it will give you alot of info, the only problem is that 99% of the posts written in the past 6 months are talking about OOTP5 and you had mentioned that you are not using that version. But that would still probably be you best source, just look for older topics.
