cato utility missed 2 teams
Just wondering if anyone has ever run across this problem before. Everything appeared to create/import correctly, but only 22 of 24 teams got into the database. Strange part is the players on those missing 2 teams made it into the database. The teams just don't exist for some reason. I checked the html outputted by the game, and the teams are there and everything looks normal.
thanks!

The two missing teams don't share a team abbreviation with other teams in the league, do they?
Look through the Team Setup screen for all teams and note the abbreviations, then see if any are duplicates. Not sure if this is the problem but it may be the deal, I've never had this happen before. |

Possibly...I'll have to double check, but off the top of my head, I dont' believe so. Only reason I would doubt that is on the player pages, it lists the team, and if you click on the team (which is abbreviated), you get a Page Not Found error. I would think if the abbreviation is duplicated, it would just take me to the wrong team page.

Good point. Not sure why that would happen then.
