Cannot sign Int'l FAs..."International Complex Full"

Hi all. I am fairly new to OOTP, but I have been playing now for 10 "seasons" as the GM/manager. Each offseason, when I try to offer IFAs contracts, I get the message that my International Complex is full...but I can't find my international complex (and I have never filled it!). Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening? Thanks.

Your scout should be finding international prospects quite often. These are generally 16 or 17-year-olds that automatically go to your International Complex. When they reach age 19 (for me at least), I look at them again and decide if they need to be moved up or released. My International Complex holds 50 players but I usually only have about 40 there because I purge it of the players I don't think will ever be more than fillers. You need to clean yours up.

I don't have my game open at the moment so can't remember exactly what it is called, but there is a page where you can see players from multiple levels of your organization at once and/or players on the IL, etc. divided into their specific windows.

It may not be chosen in one of these windows by default, but there is a drop-down above each "window" that allows you to choose which roster/list is showing in that section.

Among those options will be your International Complex roster.
