Buy and Sell Orders

I'm new to this Perfect team thing, so pardon me if I'm asking a really stupid question.

I see the term Buy and Sell 'Order'....however I don't see anything in any menu anywhere in OOTP 25 Perfect team to set a price for either buying or selling and I'm wondering if it's sitting right under my nose and I'm not seeing it. I see where it has a column that says Lowest Sell Order and then puts an option to buy at that price. Under Sell Cards, I see the SELL option, and that takes me to a screen to submit a Sell order, but I don't have any control of the price that it sells at when I hit the button to create a SELL order.

Can someone please explain to me where the price is set by me for either buying or selling?

Between the 'Value' column and the '# sell orders' column is a column called 'Action'. It displays the player name and has a little downward arrow to the right. If you click the name, it will give you options on what you can do with that card - buy, and if you own it, sell.
