Front of jerseys not showing in game

I have OOTP25 and have not added one mod or anything. Game is installed complete default mode. When I play any game, lets say I start a new 2024 MLB season, the front of the jerseys of all players are blank. No graphics at all. Names and numbers are on the back. But nothing on the front.

What do I do about this? Can I get an answer here? Or do I need to make a bug post?

I also have FastSpring version of game.

Ive seen videos on youtube people playing the game that are not having this issue. I need someone to tell me what is wrong. I have a high end gaming PC. Game is installed as FastSpring version in complete default mode. I have changed or added nothing. When I play the games live the front of players jerseys are blank. Ive attached pictures.As you can see the front does appear in team page. But not when playing the game
