Ootp go and perfect team

I apologize since this surely is in the forums somewhere, but I'm just not finding answers. Can someone please tell me
1) Will OOTP go release at the same time as OOTP?
2) Is your OOTP GO account usable cross platform with the full version?

GO releases a bit after the main game.

while franchise mode is not cross compatiable PT is
