Enable neutralized MLB ratings with non neutralized minor league ratings

I understand minor league stats can't be neutralized but it doesn't matter. Anything a career minor leaguer does if he makes MLB is a remotely plausible possibility. Functionally he's a fictional major leaguer. Rating him on his non neutralized minor league stats is not a problem.

Neutralized stats and park factors go together. Non neutralized stats don't go with anything.

100% agree. Neutralized stats should always be an option for major leaguers. At a minimum, we should be able to view a player's neutralized stats in the player profile.
