Minor Leaguers - Role on Team: Angry
This feels like an unnecessary epidemic throughout the minor league system. Minor league players with "no expectation" that are on a winning MiLB team, are starters, and are hitting in a premium lineup position are frequently "angry" with their role on the team.
No insight is given as to why they are angry about their role on the team or what could help this out, and it feels really poorly implemented overall. This leads to a lot of bad player morale for prospects and it's getting really frustrating.
Does anyone have any insight into what the potential fix for this is or what role on the team these players are looking for that would make them happy? I micro-manage my MiLB rosters/lineups and I think I promote players pretty appropriately based on their ratings and performance, and I'm not really interested in over-promoting players if that is the only fix for this.
