Game froze

My OOTP 24 game froze and when I went to start up the season won't open . I see the backup in the saved games. i forget where to put it to restore the game.

I wish there was a button where you could save a game after every 1/2 inning. On occasion, my game crashes and that game never occurred. So after every game I backup the entire league.

Still... I enjoy this game a lot.
