A few questions I have not been able to figure out yet.

1. Do development Coaches grow in skill as they are being used?
Ie Offensive coach goes from a : Coach Forwards Very Good...
to a
Coach Forwards Excellent?

2 How to properly use the filter options in order to find the "best" offensive, defensive coaches etc

The filter option seems very clunky and hard to understand.

3. Is there a way to find what line chemistry would be with fellow players before you trade?

4. When doing trades I see the computer trade at a higher level draft pick for an inferior player then I have offered in the past

In historical mode, they'll improve (and decline) over time in a manner similar to how the players do with annual realculation turned on. In other modes, only their reputation changes (at the moment; more development for staff has been on our to-do list for a while.)

For line chemistry, check the line chemistry section at the bottom-left corner of the Bio tab on the player screen. That'll list all the current chemistry for the player.

Hmmm that is interesting Jeff, since I have noticed coaches do grow in standard game as well. If they are young enough ( for ex Sedin brothers) their stats will increase little by little every season.

Might be an old staff aging mechanic that improved them slightly over time, but I don't think it'll increase them by a significant amount.
