2 small issues in FHM8 - Trading/signing AI

Those two issues were in FHM8:

1) Is the "possible exploit" of being able to trade a recently drafted player (like the 1st to 10th overall) for less after they're picked during the draft than what teams request during the draft for the actual pick fixed? (it seems recently drafted players aren't always valued as they should under some circumstances in FHM8)

2) Is the issue with some teams not always signing recently drafted players or RFA possibly fixed? (there are some issues with teams not renewing some high value players in FHM8)
