I imported my OOTP 22 game but it didn't bring mt custom stadium

I am not mr tech guy here so I was hoping that Importing OOTP 22 game into OOTP23 would "bring" the custom stadium I created in OOTP22 along with it, but it didn't.

Can someone give me simple instructions on how to make this happen?

There is no automatic mechanism to import ballparks. All you need to do is copy over the ballpark files from 22 to 23.
