Crashes (Please Read)

Hi guys,

Love the game but all of a sudden I am having issues. It has occurred ever since my laptop (which doesn't charge, just works while plugged into the wall) got turned off during a thunderstorm. The game crashes every time it seems like it has a "pause" for the computer to catch up.

I have tried everything in the guide provided in this forum including: running in admin mode, reinstalling, etc.

Are there any other suggestions for me? It is getting extremely annoying when I am winning mid-game while I am managing a game and it crashes and doesn't save my spot.
