Question about Defensive Ratings
This probably is a NOOB question but I can't find the answer.
I have Boog Powell a 71 rating at first base & Jeff Bagwell who is a 64 rating at first base BUT Bagwells individual defensive ratings are all higher than Boog's. Bagwell Infield Range 53 Infield Error 28 Infield Arm 53 Turn DP 52 Boog Infield Range 46 Infield Error 21 Infield Arm 46 Turn DP 46 So who is the better first baseman? And why is Boog rated higher if all his individual ratings are lower? Thanks in advance for any responses |

Check their height. It's the one position where being tall is a bonus.

Boog also earns a few points for having a better name.
