Unable to complete collection - unable to select purchased card

I am unable to select the 5th member of this collection. As you can see in the image, the option to select the 4th member is different than the 5th.

I have reset my card cache, and closed/restarted a number of times. I believe this could be related to completing another mission, as I completed the Concrete shoes mission just before which he is also a part of.

Scheinblum, being locked, is pre-selected, so there is no need to click to select him. You should be able to select Fuentes and then submit the mission. If that doesn't work, then exiting the game and going back should refresh things.
