Tips on Steam version Display

How would I get the best look to the pages in the Steam Windows version of the game?

Anything from in-game options & tweaks to TV/Windows control panel adjustments would be great.

Would it make a difference if I bought the fastspring version or is there probably just something out of whack with what I mentioned above?

Right now some menu options over-lap one another and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Same game must be your settings and options. In either game or computer
