Few Questions

1. When it says I have "$2,100,000" budget space available - and season has already started - what can I use that money for? Is that just for adding payroll only since its during the season? Is there an advantage in saving that money and not using it - aka will it be added on top of whatever budget the owner gives me for next season or is it better to just use it and not lose it?

2. If you "Shop a player" does this affect his morale?

3. Are things like resting a catcher the day game after a night game and giving other guys maintenence days off a good idea or does the sim not take that into consideration much?

Thanks!

One other. Service time. How smart is this game on that? Are "Super 2's" a thing? If I wait until 4/30 to bring a player up do i buy myself an extra year of service time? Thank you!!

It’s primarily for player payroll mid season. Injuries may force you to hire an in season replacement. It is not cash on hand so there is no relationship to what budget you will have next year. Always review your salary page to see what you will be committed to next year.

As to resting, the game will let you know in status and fatigue level if a player isn’t tired out. I do alternate catchers for doubleheader’s but I have not checked to see if the game tires out the day game catcher for the night game.
