assigning MLB logos to teams

I have d/l a set of logos (thanks to you folks who put these mods together!). When I unzipped them to the "LOGO" folder and click on a team, I get the incorrect logo. It seems the logo each team is assigned is named by OOTP (logo1.bmp for ex.) Can I tell each team which logo to use (via team setup) or must I change each logo name to what OOTP is using for a file name?

I hope that makes sense. :-)

Better change the name of the logo, unless you want to edit a hundreds of links every time you do an export.

Ok, if I understand correctly, I need to change the name of the d/l logo files to whatever name OOTP is using for each team. (for that partucular league)

So, If OOTP assigns the filename of "logo1.bmp" to Atlanta and my logo set has "logo6.bmp" for Atlanta, then I need to change "logo6" to "logo1"... right? That's what I am doing, however whenever I create a new league, the teams are assigned a different filename for their logo... meaning I must change all the names again. I would like to be able to name the Atlanta logo "atlanta.bmp" and tell the Atlanta team setup to look for "atlanta.bmp". Is that possible?

What you're doing is all you can do. You cannot name it atlanta.bmp, although that would make life so unbelievably easier. What I do in that situation is take a snapshot of the league standings (like this - courtesy of ootp5.com), and Providence is logo1.bmp, Norfolk logo6.bmp, San Francisco is logo14.bmp, Salt Lake City is logo 15.bmp, Alburquerque is logo20, and Lancaster is logo 30.bmp, etc. I paste into MS Paint, and keep that next to the LOGOS folder, so I don't have to keep entering/exiting the game to find out which team is which logo.
