Add farm league to fictional league?

Is it possible to create a farm league for a fictional league that has already been created?

No, sorry, not possible to add a new league to a game that's already been created.

It was taking me a long time to create my fictional leagues so I passed on minor leagues(would have needed to come up with 114 team names).

I wish I had the option with the second season .

Why can't we go into League Team Names and change Affiliated League to another like we can do in OTTP?
