Minor league affiliates

I started a standard league but added 2 teams then dumped everyone into a fantasy draft.The new teams don't have minor league teams so I went to the international league and added 2 new teams but I can't figure out how to make them affiliates of the new teams I created in the majors. how do I create a minor league system for my new teams?

It's very simple.

From you League Settings tab go to "Leagues and Teams". On the far right there's a pull down list of leagues. Select the International League. You'll see the teams listed. Your two new minor league teams won't have a MLB team name next to them. That blank space is a pull down menu. Select the MLB team to which they are assigned from that menu and that's all there is to it.
