World_Default.xml Help

I am trying to edit the World_Default file to add my fictional world to it, but I keep getting an error message when I create a new game. Can anyone maybe help?

Can you post the XML file somewhere? What is the error?

I figured out the issue. It had an extra "STATES" where I didn't need it.
