Commissioner question
Can you be the commissioner (be in commissioner mode) without owning a team? Like at first you own a team with commissioner mode on, then you resign and you can just be the commissioner?

Yes - you don't even have to take a team to begin if you don't want to.

yes, you don't ever have to own a team if you don't want to, just set the league up playing in commissioner mode and never take a job, if you already have a job just resign from the position

Also if I don't own a team could I still watch the games in the league(s) as a commissioner?
