black screen?

I downloaded a 20.95MB file (i'm assumin the 21 was a rounded number...if i'm wrong then I'll dl the setup file again)...

I've already liscensed the game and everythin. However, when I start up the game all I get is a black screen. I control-alt-delete to check my programs and OOTP5 is running.

I tried disablin 3D and still have the problem...

any advice?

Make sure you have Direct x 8.1b or higher and your video drivers updated. Also need a screen res of 1024x768 atleast.
