Coaches & The Hall of Fame

Can coaches get elected to the Hall of Fame? If not, is that something that could come in the next version? I'm starting a fictional league and as much as I look forward to the progression of players over time, I am almost as eager to see who becomes the leading baseball minds/strategists in the skipper roles!
