Teams Greatest Players on one team

Is there a way of creating a league that contains the greatest players from each team? For instance, the Yankees would have on their team, Ruth Gehrig, Mantle, Guidry, Jeter, etc. The Red Sox would have, Williams, Yaz, Rice, Ortiz, etc.?

The ratings are off, IMO, but they're all there.

I am working on a greatest players on each team similar to Captain walrus project that will have 2 greatest player teams for each. 1901 - 1959 Pale Hose 1960-2014 White Sox. Pale Hose play in Old Comiskey, White Sox play in The Cell. players who had their successful years like Baines & Thomas will start out as rookies from their debut year. Players like Konerko, Shoeless etc. will start out at the age they 1st joined that team. This might take awhile so be patient. Will also have 2 pre 1900 teams and 2 Negro league teams most likely.

Kind of a dead project. I am doing my favorite 40 players per team. I have a thread in the quickstarts forum. Trying to work on 3 teams per week. Been busy at work.

That's fair. I really like the idea of merging the "best 6 seasons" as CW did, but I like the ages differences that you were putting in. I might try to do this myself at some point, but I also am crazy swamped at work of late.

I'll check out what you have in the QS forums. Thanks.
