Can you move the positions of the runners?
I just started playing the game and notice that the runner on 2nd is really almost to 3rd base in his positioning. Can he be moved to be closer to the actual base he occupies?

League Options ---> League Functions ----> Ball Park Editor ----> Select the ballpark you want from the drop down menu ----> Pictures & Coordinates

alternately in commish mode you can go into the editor for that ballpark from the team's option page.
