Thought this was interesting on my Facebook Ads ... guess they feel like OOTP is their competition ...

I guess if they figure that the market doesn't want offline access it might be. That being said, ti looks a lot like a game I used to play on the C64 back in the mid 90s....including the UI design. Yikes.
