Position Questions

Well I am in like 5 leagues, I have players listed at one position but their highest rating is in another position ???

Now since some leagues have like 7 farms teams I let the bench coach do some of the lowest leagues for the lineups and depth charts, but at first, I had did them. Now after I choose for the bench coach to do them, I lost players at positions. I had a CL but no longer did. Good thing I keep my rosters in an excel sheet, I went back and notice he was changed to a MR and I have had SP changed into MR's. But as far as I see, there is no choice for us to do so.

What is the purpose of the option in the pitchers profile for Suggested Role in (League) and for this instance says starter. But expectations by the player lists as bullpen ???

If the AI is running a team, it will employ the players in whatever way seems to provide the optimum lineup. So, if you have a good batter, but his primary position in the field is occupied by someone else, the AI will use him in some other position that he seems, at least marginally, able to play.

If the AI is running the team, the AI is running the team. You can use the individual strategy settings to require that the AI use a position player in a certain position. When the new patch comes out, you will be able to do the same with pitchers.

The Suggested Role is what the AI thinks the pitcher's qualifications (repertoire, abilities and stamina) add up to. The expectations are what the pitcher thinks he should be playing. As in real life, pitchers and managers sometimes think differently about this.
