48 team interleague schedule

Hello. I'd like a 48 team schedule, 2 subleagues with 6 divisions of 4 teams in each subleague.

Schedule starts third Sunday in March with an interleague game, the only game that day
Schedule lasts 28 weeks, 2 longer than MLB schedule; no consecutive offdays outside of All-Star break and sometimes first 2 days of schedule though. Generally 1-2 off days per week.
Interleague is NOT block scheduled, teams play interleague at different times; random throughout schedule except none for last 3 weeks of schedule

Teams play:
10 games against each of 3 division opponents (30 total; 4-6H/4-6A)
6 games against each of 20 subleague opponents (120 total; 2-4H/2-4A)
2 games against one interleague opponent in each of the 6 divisions (12 total)
162 games total

All-Star break in late July please.

Also, is there a way to make it so that not all of the games are set at 7:05pm to play? I'd like some to be played at 1:05 and 3:05 pm as well. Can I do this? If so, how is it done?

Open the file in any text editor and change the "1905" times to whatever you want, like "1305".
