Generating player ratings

I have seen a Batter ratings generater, where you enter stats and player ratings are generated
Is there one out there for the pitchers
If not
Then what actual stats generate the pitchers 3 ratings? Stuff, movement and control

Generating the ratings of the players by the stats, I think is a new feature for the next version. (V10)
With the current version, you have to generate the ratings of both hitters/pitchers by the way mentioned in the link below.
