can some help me make a logo

I would like a logo for my solo fictional league I'm working on. Im doing all the uniforms using the uniform templates. What I would like to have is a league type logo that will be on the right shoulder of every uniform. I would like it to say JRT in it as thats the name of the leagueand maybe a picture behind it or something, but I would really like the JRT to stand out and be able to be see on every uniform color. thanks for anyone who can do this for me.

also would maybe have the background in like a globe baseball with JRT in the front as its gunna be a world league.
