Schedule not advancing to next season

I created a custom schedule for my league. Everything works fine for the first season however, when the game proceeds to the next season, the schedule does not "roll over". That is, for this particular league, no games are scheduled so none of the teams play at all.

Note, this particular schedule DID work in OOTP8 and I've only had problems since importing to OOTP9. What I did was import the league, then export the schedule file and I'm now trying to use it for another league.

I've attached the schedule file in case that would help at all.

I actually found an odd work-around.

This schedule file was not working if I tried to sim multiple seasons at once. However, if I sim 1 season and then stop it before the next season starts, it seems to work.

I haven't tried simming 1 season and THEN simming multiple seasons because I gots to go to work! Anyway, seems rather odd.

Huh. That's all very odd. Let us know how the above works out.
