Looking for a league

Hi, I'm looking for a fictional baseball league. I've played in one before for about 2+ years, 4 seasons of baseball, but that league has since folded, I tried other leagues but none really got off the ground. I have the game so I know some about it, but I don't want to have to own the game to be a part of the league. I'm looking for a league with 1-100 ratings, fictional players, some minor leagues, no coaching, a message board, one that isn't more than 10 years into the game, and that sims a few times a week. I know that is a lot to ask for, but I really don't want to waste my time on a league that I don't like.
