Is this pitcher ready?

I'm nearing the end of a rebuild in an online league I'm in and this player is an essential part of my future in the league:

Player Report for #38 Albert Coates

I've tended to rush pitchers in the past and I really don't want to force the issue here. I don't need him at the big level right now but at the same time I don't want to deter his development without top competiton. He's obviously tearing apart and AAA and he pitched decent in ST but his K/BB ratio was near equal. I'm still learning the in's and out's of this game so I would greatly appreciate any input.

Rating Scales are: 1-5 Talent, 1-10 Actual, and Stars (He's currently a 1.0/4.5)

Scouting: OFF

Personal Ratings (out of 10)
Leader Abilty: 10
Loyalty:9
Desire to Play for a Winning Team:3
Greed:10
Intelligence:6
Work Ethic: 8

Thanks!
-PJ

Call him up, he has nothing left to prove in AAA and at age 22 he is not as vulnerable as a 20 year old...

Based on my experience, you have about a 50% chance of a career ending talent drop the first month you call him up, regardless of performance. Of course, it doesn't seem to matter when, so you might as well bite the bullet and call that guy up.

I just lost a reliever who was 24 years old, dominating AAA, and fully developed lose a ton of talent despite 15 good innings in his first month in the majors.

This game kills me.
