In Game Font Change

Is there a way to customize the in game font and text size? My old eyes have a bit of a hard time reading the default font and text size.

To my knowledge, you cannot. You could try decreasing the resolution on your monitor and then on the game, but I'm not entirely sure that that would do much for you.
