FBL Hiring for 13 Season

After an influx of inactive GM's, FBL is looking for some new blood. I have been commish since 1996 when we were using BBpro and continue the tradition using OOTP4. Its my 24th Season overall so we are very stable group. I have a TON of openings in mid year 1981 and look to fill them with some more nice active GM's. Okay...you got me...i gotta ask...why is Oakland in the East Division and Baltimore in the West??

Teams were able to rename, move etc..just happened that those 2 switched names.
