Historical Minor League Affiliates

I just started a historical league in 1959. I chose to have three levels of minors added for each ML team.

Is there a place that lists the historic minor league affiliates for ML teams in the past, i.e., names (and cities) of each ML team's minor league affiliates during givens year? In adding minor leagues to my historical league teams, the game of course just randonly assigned minor league cities and teams with fictional names. I understand that. But is there a place I can find data to make these correct, at least for AAA, AAA and A teams?

Any info is appreciated, especially for the late 50s and early 60s. Thanks.

P.S. I assume that no historic logos, caps and jerseys have been created for historic minor league teams. But if they have, that'd be unbelievably great. Thanks.

I know if you do a quick search of the forums there has been some discussion on minor league history. I can't remeber which member it is, but I know that there are some pretty knowledgable members who have posted on it. That might be a good place to start. I don't think it should be too dificult for the time period you want.

As far as the logos and stuff goes, you may be in luck. I would search the mods forums. If that gives no results, sometimes posting a request helps ignite some of the accomplished logo makers to put their skills to work.

Thanks. I know Cooleyvol has classic minor league uniform packs for both the Southern League and the PCL (40s and 50s). But I haven't found any historical table to connect the minor league teams with their major league affiliates year by year, or a mod that contains any historic minor league logos.

BTW, I'm totally jazzed about this historical league thing. The Lahman import worked great. Comedian2004's historic logos and the vintage MLB combined jersey pack and cap logos by Fhommess, have given my 1959 league a truly authentic feel.

My thanks to all the mod-makers. This is great stuff.

Thanks, this is fantastic. It's just what I was looking for. With this timeline it'll be possible for me to change the names of all the ML team minor league affiliates every year.

Now if only someone who's talented will prepare a mod containing historic logos for the teams (and even better, historic jerseys and caps)!
