[1.0.2] Pitcher Injury Crash

Came across a new one. Pitcher gets injured on the mound. PxP sez I need to take him out, so I hit a button to continue, which I figure will take me straight to the roster/substitutions menu, and I got the good old "OOTP needs to close. Sorry." message from Windows.
