online league tutorial?

Is there a online league tutorial available?
I want to start and run a league, but I want to do it right, and make sure I don't miss anything.
I know there are a lot of posts on different issues, but Im wondering if anyone has put it together in one tutorial.

Rob,

I'll be glad to help you, but my advice is to participate in an online league prior to starting your own. You're setting yourself up for failure by not doing so.

I have participated in a number of online leagues before ootp2006.
