Can't Open ELicense Control

Hello all. I've got WinXP on a very high end machine (XPS Gen4). I can't seem to get the ELicense Control folder to open at all. Right clicking and "open" and "explore" don't work.

What gives??

I have this same issue, and e-License has only told me "We're working on it."

FWIW, this is most definitely an e-License issue, and not related to OOTPB. So, don't bother posting this in Tech Support, they'll just tell you to talk to ViaTech...

Good to know....I was like...is it my XP, is it my OOTP, is it ViaTech...I wasn't sure what was causing it.

If you really need to unlicence it, that exlporerxp program mentioned in that thread worked for me.
