MLB Roster Eta?

Okay now that it's officially been released and some of us have been lucky enough to download, can I get some ETA's for MLB roster sets that people have been working on?

If you're currently or are planning an Opening Day 2006 MLB roster, please post here and either provide a link or an ETA.

Thanks!

Just download the Lahman database and import the 2005 season. That will be the closest you will come to current rosters at this point.

Or download one of the existing ones (Cubby or Halofan) and import it in. Or wait til the official one(s) are released

Well it is difficult to give you a step-by-step how to that is better than can be found beginning on page 64 of the Game Guide. Downlaod the Game Guide from the thread at the top of this forum. One word of NOTE: The Game actually handles imports MUCH faster. A big plus IMO.

If you have some patience, Cubbyfan confirmed yesterday that he and Rolen are working on a roster to be released within a week or two. Halofan is also working on a set to be released around the same time.

Yep, I know. That's why I started this thread in the first place. If these roster guys would post here about their eta and update it, those of us that want real rosters would only have to check this one thread. It would rock if it was a sticky!

Rolen is being secretive about it because he wants the release to be a surprise, I would imagine. Cubbyfan was reluctant to even reveal that he was involved with the project.

I imported Cubby's and found that Albert Pujols was the Cardinals starting leftfielder, with a contract that ended after 2006. Sounds more like "Cubbydreams".
