Any Experienced Commissioners starting Brand New OOTP 2006 leagues?

Wondering if there are any experienced commissioners out there that are planning on starting up new OOTP 2006 leagues when the game comes out? I would be interested in joining a league with all real ML players and minor league prospects. I would like to acquire the Milwaukee franchise as well. If anyone out there is looking for a new owner experienced in baseball sim leagues (though not OOTP) I'd be interested, and may decide to purchase the new version if so.

Does is take time to develop new rosters for the new versions of OOTP or can rosters that have already been created be used? I'm familiar with how long it takes to develop good rosters for games like High Heat and MVP. Is it the same for OOTP?

Rosters are usually out within about 2 days of the games release.

Thanks for the reply! Do you know if it would be possible to participate in a 2006 league with ver. 6.12 and 6.51 upgrade? Would I be able to manage in a 2006 league if I was still using the most recent version (6.12)?

If someone starts a league with 6.5 and doesnt convert to the new version, sure it is possible.
